Within a week, and usually sooner, with questions, a suggested next step, or an explanation if the project is not a fit. Larger builds may need more scoping before we can give a useful answer.

A short call, if it looks like a fit
Twenty minutes to talk through how you work today and what a useful first version would need to do. This is an introductory conversation; detailed planning comes later.

Scope, then build
Bigger jobs start with a small paid piece of planning so the estimate means something. You get the workflow, the acceptance criteria and a range before committing to a build.

Worth knowing

You work with the person building it. Avyth is a small shop, so there is no account manager and no handoff to a team you haven't met.
