Questions before you buy
- Do I need an account to try a tool?
- No. Every free tier works without an account. You create one only when you buy, so your purchase is tied to you and unlocks the tool when you sign in.
- Is my file uploaded anywhere?
- No. The tools that take a file run entirely in your browser, so the file never leaves your computer. Three tools run on Avyth’s server (Local Business Finder, Article 50 Check and Substack Archiver), and those take a web address or a search, not a file.
- What does $5 a month get me?
- It unlocks one paid tool past its free tier. Every free tier works with your own information, limited by size or a daily allowance, so you can see it works before you pay. Bundles and Everything cost less than buying tools one by one.
- How do I cancel?
- Sign in, open Account and choose Manage billing. You can cancel, change your card or download invoices there. There is no contract.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Email support@avyth.com within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full, no questions asked. If a tool stops doing what its page says, tell us any time and we fix it or refund you.
- What if a tool gets my file wrong?
- Each tool shows its result on screen before you download anything, so a wrong row or cut is visible first. Email support@avyth.com with what happened; a person reads it.
