Avyth

Terms

Avyth LLC · Pennsylvania, USA · support@avyth.com

Last updated 2026-09-08. These terms cover avyth.com and every Avyth product site. A product's own terms page may add product-specific detail; where the two differ, the product page wins.

What Avyth is

Avyth builds small, single-purpose software tools. Each one is meant to do one job completely, tell the truth about its limits, and get out of the way. By using a tool, sending us a callback request, or buying a licence, you agree to these terms.

Using the tools

Use them for anything lawful. Don't use them to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or probe, overload, or disrupt our systems.

Don't resell, rent, or repackage a tool as your own without our written permission.

Browser-based tools work on your files, on your device. We can't see those files and can't recover them — keep your own copies.

Free tools are offered as they are. We may change, pause, or retire one at any time. Paid licences are covered below.

Buying a licence

Paid licences are not available yet. Nothing on avyth.com can be bought today, and we take no payments. This section sets out the terms that will apply the day they open, so you can read them before anyone asks you for money.

What you get

A licence is a personal, non-transferable right to use the named tool for your own work or your organisation's. One licence covers one person on any of their devices.

Price and currency

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown is the full price unless a tax line is added at checkout — sales tax or VAT is added where the law requires it.

Payment

Stripe will process payments. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles card data under its own security standards.

Delivery

Access is delivered immediately after payment — by email and on the product site. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.

Updates, and if we retire a paid tool

A licence includes updates to that tool for as long as we offer it. If we retire a paid tool, we'll email the address you bought with as far ahead as we practically can, and tell you what happens to your copy. Tools that run entirely in your browser generally keep working after that; tools that depend on our servers or on someone else's website cannot be promised to, and we won't pretend otherwise. If a tool stops working for you within its refund window, the refund above applies.

Refunds

When paid licences open: if a tool doesn't do what its page says, or you simply change your mind, email support@avyth.com within 14 daysof buying and we'll refund you in full. No form, no questions, no restocking fee. If a tool stops doing what its page said it would, tell us any time and we'll put it right or refund you. The same rule is written into each tool's own terms.

This is our own policy, offered on top of the law. It does not replace or limit any statutory right you have where you live — including, for consumers in the EU and UK, the right to cancel a digital purchase.

Callback requests and free tools

Asking us to call you back costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side — not for you to buy anything, and not for us to take on the work. What we do with what you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our promises, and their limits

We work hard to make every tool reliable, but the tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. A tool is software, not legal, financial, tax, compliance, or safety advice — our EU AI Act checker, for instance, helps you review a page; it does not certify anything, and it is not a substitute for your own professional advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Avyth LLC's total liability for any claim relating to a tool or to these terms is limited to what you paid us for that tool in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data — please keep your own backups. Some places don't allow limits like these against consumers; where that is you, they apply only as far as your law permits, and nothing here takes away a right you have that cannot be signed away.

Your content, our IP

Anything you put into a tool stays yours. We claim no rights over it. The tools themselves — their code, names, and designs — are ours or our licensors', and a licence doesn't transfer any of that to you.

Ending things

You can stop using a tool or close your account at any time. We can suspend access that is harming the service or other users; if we ever suspend a paid licence for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, and the courts there have jurisdiction. Before anything formal, email us — a person reads support@avyth.com, and most things are settled in one reply. Consumers in the EU and UK keep the protections and the courts of their own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we describe anything material. Continuing to use a tool after a change means you accept it.
