Avyth

Privacy Policy

Avyth LLC · Pennsylvania, USA · support@avyth.com

Last updated 2026-09-08. This covers avyth.com and every Avyth product site, unless that product's own privacy page says otherwise — where it does, the product page is the exact list for that product.

The short version

Avyth is deliberately small, and so is this policy. We don't sell personal data. We don't run advertising or analytics trackers. We don't build a profile of you across sites. Most of our tools do their work in your browser, so your files never reach us at all.

What we collect, and why

When you ask us to call you back

The callback form on our contact page collects your name, your business name, your phone number, when you'd rather be called, and whatever you write in the notes box. We use it to call you back about the work you described, and for nothing else. Legal basis (EU/UK): it is a step you asked for before any contract, and your consent. We keep it while the conversation is live and delete it when you ask us to. Deletion is done by hand, so allow us a few days; copies may persist briefly in routine backups and in our email and hosting providers' own logs before they age out.

When you email us

Your email address, and whatever you wrote. We use it to answer you and to keep the thread if the same question comes back. Legal basis (EU/UK): our legitimate interest in answering our own support inbox.

If you have an Avyth account

An account holds your email address, your name, and whatever you put into the product yourself. That data is yours; we process it to run the product for you and to keep your account secure. Legal basis (EU/UK): performance of our contract with you. We keep it while the account exists. When you ask us to close it we delete your account data; as above, deletion is manual, and backup copies age out rather than vanishing the same moment.

Files you process in our browser-based tools

They stay on your device. They are not uploaded, we cannot see them, and we cannot recover them for you — keep your own copies.

Pages you ask a tool to check

A few tools fetch a public web page you point them at. We fetch the page, run the check, show you the result, and keep nothing.

Payments

Nothing on avyth.com is for sale yet, so we hold no payment data at all. When paid licences open, Stripe will process the payment: your full card number goes to Stripe and never touches our systems, and we will hold your email address, what you bought, when, and the last four digits of your card, for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep sales records. This page will say so before the first sale, not after.

Usage statistics

We currently run no analytics on avyth.com — no page-view counter, no session recording, nothing. If we add usage measurement it will be cookieless and anonymous, this page and our Cookies & analytics page will say exactly what it is before it ships, and you will be able to switch it off.

Standard server logs

Like every website, your request passes through our hosting providers — Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (network) — who briefly process ordinary request data, including your IP address, in their own logs. We don't use those logs to identify you.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the service, each acting on our instructions: Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting and network, and — once paid licences open — Stripe for payments. If you use one of our tools on the Apify platform, Apify handles your account and billing there under its own terms. We never sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we never hand it to advertisers. We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden to.

Where it lives

Avyth and its providers are in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, that means your data is transferred outside your region; our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and we only send them what is listed above.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email support@avyth.com. We handle requests within the time the law where you live allows, and we may need to check you are who you say you are before acting on one. Avyth is one person, so the honest promise is that we answer properly and within the legal deadline, not that we answer instantly.

If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what we did before you withdrew it, and to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California: we do not sell or share personal information, and we don't treat anyone worse for exercising a privacy right.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don't track you across sites, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off. If we ever run analytics, we will treat a browser's Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out from it.

Children

Our sites are for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and say what changed. We won't quietly move the goalposts.
