For online sellers

The reports Amazon and Shopify give you, read for what they owe you.

Three tools for the paperwork that ships with selling: the reimbursements Amazon has not paid, the packing slips that have to meet their labels, and the Stocky inventory history Shopify retired.

The week, in order

  1. 1 · Checking what Amazon still owes

    FBA Gap Auditor

    What it does →

Reads Amazon's own Reimbursements report and Inventory Ledger and lists every inventory event with no matching reimbursement, with the time left to file a claim on each.

A full worklist with a countdown on each gap for the first 200 reimbursement rows; the subscription adds claim templates, calendar export and unlimited rows.

  2. 2 · Packing the day's orders

    SlipMatch

    What it does →

Takes the packing-slip PDF and the shipping-label PDF and returns one PDF with each slip followed by its label, in packing order, pairing on the order number printed on both. Anything it cannot pair is listed, never dropped.

Pair the real files, see the full order, and print the first ten orders free; the subscription handles larger batches.

  3. 3 · Keeping the Stocky history after the shutdown

    Stocky Vault

    What it does →

Loads the CSV exports Stocky produced and makes them one searchable archive — an HTML file that still opens in years, with no server behind it.

Load and search the whole archive on screen, up to five million cells, free; the subscription adds cross-file reports (spend by supplier, adjustment trends), PDF exports and re-order sheets rebuilt from purchase-order history.

What it costs

Each is $5 a month. FBA Gap Auditor and SlipMatch are in the $12 Documents bundle; Stocky Vault is in the $12 Money bundle; every paid tool is $24. Nothing is charged for the free tiers.

What this page won't pretend

  • Promising Amazon money. FBA Gap Auditor tells you where to look; Amazon decides what is eligible.
  • Fetching what was never exported. Stocky Vault reads the exports you have; it cannot reach into Shopify.
  • Slips and labels with no order number in common — SlipMatch pairs on that number and says when it cannot.

Questions

Which Amazon reports does FBA Gap Auditor need?
The Reimbursements report and the detailed Inventory Ledger (or Inventory Adjustments where available), from Seller Central under Reports → Fulfillment, as Amazon exports them. The tool's page walks through where each one is.
Does the auditor file the claims?
No. It gives you the worklist and, on the subscription, the claim templates and a calendar of deadlines. Filing stays in Seller Central, by you.
Where do my reports go?
FBA Gap Auditor, SlipMatch and Stocky Vault all read the files in your browser. Nothing is uploaded; nothing is stored.
Stocky is gone — for how long will the archive open?
The archive is a self-contained HTML file with the search built in. It needs a browser and nothing else, so it opens for as long as browsers open HTML.
