Article 50 Check

Review a site's AI transparency disclosures

A site address goes in; the EU AI Act Article 50 gaps come out, each with wording that would close it.

You give it
A public site address
You get back
A findings report with suggested disclosure wording
Where it runs

What you get free

A full findings report with suggested disclosure wording, for one page.

What it doesn't do

  • Avyth's server fetches the page, so this one is not browser-local.
  • It reads the HTML your server delivers, for the one address you give it. A chat widget that JavaScript injects after the page loads is invisible to it — and to any scanner that works this way.
  • A review, not legal advice or a certificate of compliance.

What it costs

Article 50 Check is free to use today, and there is nothing to buy. It is planned to be part of the $19/month Avyth subscription, which covers every tool with a recurring job — Invoice Splitter, SlipMatch, FBA Gap Auditor and Article 50 Check — not a separate charge for this one tool — it would add: Multi-page scanning, disclosure wording in all 24 EU languages, a machine-readable marking guide and an evidence PDF for your records.

It isn't built, so there is no checkout on this site and no way to be charged. When it exists it will appear on the updates page, with the date.

If it doesn't work

Email support@avyth.com and the person who built Article 50 Check reads it. If it fails on your file, say what the file looks like — that is usually enough to fix it.
